LOS ANGELES – As reported by Daily Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, Roger Avary will join the official selection jury for Switzerland’s Locarno Film Festival. He will join jury president Thai auteur Apichatpong Weerasethakul; Korean filmmaker Sang-soo Im; Noemie Lvovsky, the director, writer, and actress from France, and Swiss curator and writer Hans Ulrich Obrist will fill out the main competition jury at the next edition of the 2012 Locarno Film Festival, organizers announced Wednesday.
